Art class term or workshop fees must be paid BEFORE the term or workshop commence. Booking will be confirmed only after full payment is done. After the time of enrolment and re-enrolment, booking will be cancelled in 3 days automatically for unpaid FULL term or worshop fees.
If payment is not done in FULL then student won't be able attend any classes until the payment has been made and cleared.
Art class or workshop fees are non-refundable, unless you already have made payment and a batch is full or has been cancelled by us.
Holiday Art workshop fees are non-refundable for any change of circumstances. However, credit can be transferred to following term lessons with the concent of teacher and $20 transfer charges applies.
MJ Art and Design reserves the right to refuse any enrolment or request to withdraw the child from the class anytime for interrupting or devastating behavior. It may also happen in case of unpaid fees.
MJ Art and Design may take and use photographs or videos for promotional and archival purposes. Without parent's permissions at the time enrollment, we won't use any photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
If Child get sick or any emergency arises, we will contact the guardian to pick up the child.
The guardian presence required, in case of special or differently abled child.
If you choose to withdraw from a course after it begins, the class is not liable to provide any lessons later. A $35 charges will be incurred for all withdrawals.
Course transfer between terms is not available unless negotiated for an serious illness, and you will be charged a $10 for re-scheduling the service. You may transfer the remaining credit value to re-enroll the following term, with prior booking otherwise credit lapse.
If you choose cancel of service, we required minimum 2 weeks’ notification in writing.
ONLY 1 make up lesson are allowed during whole term and should be taken on the arranged date and time by MJ Art and Design. Failure to attend makeup class, we won't be able arrange anymore for the same Term. We cannot guarantee to cover the same art project in make up lessons. However, if you miss the last lesson of the term, make up class won't be claimed.
If MJ Art and Design need to cancel a term classes before it commence, a full refund, credit or transfer to another class will be offered. We accept no liability for any other costs.
If MJ Art and Design need to cancel a term classes after it commenced , remaining sessions fees will refund, credit or transfer to another class will be offered.
If provided Creative Kids Voucher details, at the time of booking, will be invalid or voucher already been used before, then booking will not be confirmed until the full payment is paid. We will notify you in case failure of your claimed voucher redemption by us.
We have rights to stop any student talking about any talk which may lead to quarrel, disapointment for other children or spoil healthy Art Class environment. No religious talk allowed in the class.
After confirmed registration, parent can NOT swap batch during the term unless we both agreed upon.
Parents are responsible to drop and pick up child from the Art class as per schedule. In case of missing out time, we have rights to talk to parents personally to be careful from next time.
Please be mindful of noise for neighborhoods, during the pick-up and drop-off, due to the residential area.
Parent/carer are not allowed to keep standing outside of the premises and make noise or louder talk due to the residential area around the premises.
Parent/carer must leave the Art class premises after drop-off and pick-up.
Students will remain indoors all the time. Students will leave the premises only during the pick-up by their parents/carers. Students are NOT allowed to use outdoor areas of the premises.
Parent/carer should NOT keep parking their car during the whole 1 hour session on the premises' street.
